I work with Independent living residents. Janis Roberts is a source I am able to call any time of the day or night when a resident feels he/she is in need of medical advice or assistance. No matter how inconsequential or imperative the need, Janis gives great advice or visits the resident and stays with the task until the resident has been assessed, treated or sent to the hospital. She is always courteous and shows concern for the resident’s medical and mental concerns. I feel confident that my residents are in good hands when Janis is on our campus or on vacation using her cell phone.
Janis is a great resource for events and activities. She has great ideas and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure flawless events. I love the fact that Janis is a perfectionist who thinks in terms of details. She has helped make many of our events become over the top successes. Her spirit, generosity and willingness to help set up, serve and tear down events is always done with a positive attitude and a smile.
