I have worked closely with Janis for 1 1/2 years. She is definitely a go to woman. Sometimes we hash out a treatment plan. Other times we review what is going on with Hospice or Home health patients. She has such a knowledge base. Her compassion to pts and families is amazing. Even if it isn’t her pt she is still kind and compassionate. She encompasses what a home health or Hospice Nurse should be. . I’m Thankful to have such a wonderful women as my coworker and friend. She is amazing and makes my role somewhat easier. Great problem solver
